Lisa Bray was born in North Devon. After leaving school she pursued a career in the National Health Service. Then to widen her horizons she joined the Royal Air Force and traveled all over world and received a Gulf War Medal. When she left the Royal Air Force she rejoined the National Health Service and gained a BSc Hons degree. Lisa and her husband are currently living outside the UK.
Life overseas has lead her to make the deicion to pursue her long standing hobbies of art and photography. However, Lisa's heart and home remain in North Cornwall. Indeed, the wonderful rugged scenery and purity of light in Devon and Cornwall are her main source of inspiration. This wild environment with its friendly people and beautiful seas are at the core of her photography.
Most of her work until now has been for friends. However, she has now entered two competitions with Cornwall To-day Magazine and on both occasions won prizes. This has inspired Lisa to get serious with her photography and seek commercial opportunities, hence her Web Gallery. Please enjoy and thank you for visiting.
